This Monday, not only are we starting a new week but some of us are also wrestling with the time change. You may be feeling more groggy than usual and already creating a negative mindset on how your day will proceed. STOP right there! Take 3 deep breaths and go over the things you are grateful for in your life. Start with yourself. You are so lucky to have this gift of life! Loved ones, family, friends, mentors, GOD, the Universe, whomever and whatever you are blessed to have in your life. Take a moment to truly feel the emotions of all these amazing people, things and situations in your life. Have an amazing day!
